McDonnell Douglas DC-10-30 S2-ACR was the last remaining passenger DC-10 in airline service and to mark this historic occasion Biman Bangladesh Airlines arranged to operate a series of DC-10
"scenic flights" for aviation enthusiasts on Saturday 22nd, Sunday 23rd and Monday 24th February 2014 with the final flight taking place at 1500 on Monday 24th February 2014 this being the last ever opportunity to fly as a passenger in the McDonnell Douglas DC-10 aircraft.
