Biman Bangladesh DC-10-30 S2-ACR Crosswind Landing at Birmingham Airport (BHX-EGBB) with ATC
This video is of the last remaining passenger DC-10 Landing in a 26 knot Crosswind at Birmingham Airport operating flight BG002 on Sunday 23rd February. Reg: S2-ACR c/n;48317 Date Filmed: 23rd February 2013. Biman Bangladesh Airlines operated 9 scenic flights around the UK to commemorate the final flights of the Passenger DC-10 variant. This was a new spot at Birmingham for me and I can't reveal where it is because I have sworn to secrecy. This will be my last video of the Biman DC10, so time to say goodbye to one of the iconic aircraft which has made aviation so great for over the past 40+ years.
