This China Southern Airlines Airbus A330-200 is operating the first direct flight between China and the UK to use an airport outside London.

Date: Tuesday 22nd July 2014, Beijing to Birmingham Airport BHX, aircraft B-6056.

Don't know what the message on the vehicle rear window is, but "follow me" seems likely!
