On 8th April 1983 Diana, Princess of Wales attended the International Spring Fair at the Birmingham National Exhibition Centre (NEC). She left the event by boarding upon the Queen's Flight of a jet type called Hawker Siddeley Andover which had taken off from Birmingham Airport BHX (Elmdon Airport EGBB). There are three Andovers which were normally used for the Queens Flight and the registrations are as follows: XS789, XS790, and XS793. I'm not sure which registered aircraft was used at Birmingham on 8th April 1983. The aircraft registered XS790 and XS793 are believed to be scrapped now.
